It has been announced that the triumphant transfer of Life of Pi has extended its West End run at Wyndham’s Theatre into Spring 2022. Lolita Chakrabarti’s sensational stage adaptation of Yann Martel’s international best-selling book will continue to dazzle audiences in London. This will see the release of 70,000 new tickets for Life of Pi!

Having read and thoroughly enjoyed Life of Pi (the novel) a few years ago, I wanted to see if the transition from book to stage would be as flawless as my imagination had painted it to be. Following a sell-out run at Sheffield’s Crucible Theatre, and with almost the full original cast, Lolita Chakrabarti's adaptation has hit the Wyndham’s Theatre, receiving rave reviews. The cast and creatives are the heart of this and it is clear that intricate thought and detail has gone into this production.

The stage adaptation of Yann Martel’s award-winning novel Life of Pi has landed at the Wyndham’s Theatre for its highly anticipated West End premiere. Performances have begun in London, with an official press night upcoming on Thursday 2 December 2021. The production has released its first West End production photographs giving us a mesmerising glimpse of the stunning play.

The West End’s Wyndham’s Theatre will soon be host to the highly anticipated stage adaptation of Life of Pi. The production was a huge success in its premiere run in Sheffield and now the award-winning play transfers to London with its first preview performance set for Monday 15 November and a press night on Thursday 2 December.
